Human Resource Generalist (contract)
This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project. Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices and processes. Develops integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives. Drives overall people/talent plan and initiatives. Analyzes staffing and diversity strategy performance and develops corrective solutions. Partners with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives. Consults with management on staff selection. Leads or conducts employee investigations, tracks and monitors case activities. Position will be supporting employees of all levels, and may be supporting union, non union, manufacturing or business functions.
Reason For Need
- Support multiple ET&T HR organizations
- HR Business Partner to support various ET&T organizations in the Puget Sound.
- Prefer former Boeing HR employees to help attrition / LOA coverage.
Must Haves
- Boeing experience is a must have
- 10 years of related experience – HRBP (human resources business partner) related experience in a large multi-national/ enterprise organization
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to hit the ground running
Pay Rate Range Min Pay Rate Max Pay Rate Currency Unit 35 40 USD hourly
