Job Title: Product Manager

Work Location: Remote (US Based)

Role Type: 12 month Contract

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Product Managerwith proven experience in AI/ML product development to lead initiatives. This role will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver AI/ML features.
  • Lead agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story creation.
  • Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze user feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with business objectives, regulatory standards, and AI/ML best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Analyst in AI/ML or data-centric projects.

  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

  • Familiarity with data governance, integration, and full product lifecycle management.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including data science and engineering.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Background in healthcare, payer/provider systems, or interoperability technologies is a plus.
