Enterprise Partner Relationship Owner
JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-driven Enterprise Partner Relationship Owner to manage strategic relationships with large, enterprise-level partners. Our clients include over 1,300 banks and credit unions , and our digital platforms serve approximately 30 million registered users.
We build a comprehensive suite of digital-first banking solutions—from customizable platforms for consumer and business banking to advanced tools for money management, financial wellness, and card controls.
This role is ideal for someone who has managed complex external partnerships and understands how to navigate cross-functional collaboration, program management, and long-term relationship building. You’ll ensure partners are onboarded thoroughly, supported consistently, and engaged in a way that reflects their strategic importance. You’ll work closely with internal teams to track performance, resolve issues, and evolve our enterprise partner strategy based on data and feedback.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES

Own the relationship lifecycle for enterprise partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.

Manage onboarding and enablement processes, ensuring partners meet all requirements and are positioned for success.

Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise partners, providing proactive support and strategic guidance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, legal, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth execution and ongoing engagement.

Monitor partner performance and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.

Maintain high-quality documentation, processes, and communications that support a consistent and scalable partner experience.

Help shape the enterprise partner program, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and expand impact.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

6–10 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, business development, or program management.

Proven track record of managing large-scale external partnerships, ideally within enterprise technology, financial services, or digital banking environments.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

Strong understanding of industry dynamics and customer expectations.
PREFERRED DISTINCTIONS:

Experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise platform businesses.

Familiarity with onboarding workflows, CRM tools, and partner enablement strategies.
