Strategic Partner Relationship Owner – FinTech
JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Strategic Partner Relationship Owner to manage and grow partnerships with our most valuable and differentiated fintech collaborators. Our organization serves over 1,300 banks and credit unions and supports approximately 30 million registered users through a comprehensive suite of digital-first banking solutions, including customizable consumer and business banking platforms with tools for money management, financial wellness, and card controls.
In this role, you’ll oversee relationships with strategic partners who deliver unique solutions that enhance our ecosystem and drive measurable business impact. You’ll ensure partners are thoroughly onboarded, consistently supported, and well-positioned for success within our marketplace. Working closely with the Marketplace Business Owner, you’ll track performance, resolve issues, and evolve the partner strategy based on insights and data.

KET RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES

Own the relationship lifecycle for strategic fintech partners within the marketplace.

Ensure partners complete all onboarding requirements and are set up for success from day one.

Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, providing proactive communication, guidance, and support.

Collaborate with the Marketplace Business Owner to analyze partner performance and engagement data, identifying opportunities to optimize outcomes.

Advocate for partner needs internally while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.

Maintain high-quality documentation, processes, and communications that support a consistent and scalable partner experience.

Contribute to shaping the strategic partner program, identifying ways to deepen engagement and expand impact.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

6–10 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, business development, or customer success.

Proven track record of managing external partnerships, ideally with fintech or technology providers.

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

Skilled in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
PREFERRED DISTINCTIONS

Experience in fintech, SaaS, or platform-based businesses.

Familiarity with onboarding workflows, CRM tools, and partner enablement strategies.
