Summer Intern – Conference Solutions
Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Conference Solutions team. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting the technologies and workflows that provide day-to-day in person conference room support and work closely with AV Engineer on system upgrades, break fixes and event solutions. You will certify all conference room infrastructure is operating at a high degree of reliability. Also, you’ll assist in the planning, setup, and execution of events, while learning about AV systems, collaboration platforms, and enterprise conferencing tools.
Qualifications
- Interest in AV technology, conferencing platforms, and digital collaboration.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Event Coordination – Pre-event planning and tech checks, run-of-show documentation, cueing and timing management
- Ability to troubleshooting & support real-time issue resolution during events
- Preventative maintenance and system health checks
- Escalation procedures and vendor coordination
Preferred Major: Computer Science
