Requirements

Must have:

– A minimum of 10 years of related experience, with at least 7 years managing a development team. – 10 years of experience leading high-velocity engineering and product organizations, preferably in a startup setting. – 7 years of experience in creating and managing cloud services. – 5 years of experience working with AI/ML technologies and their practical applications, specifically in search architectures and services.

Responsibilities:

• Define the technical vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business goals. – Oversee the complete process of development, deployment, and operation of AI services. – Maintain security, availability, operational efficiency, scalability, and performance standards. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering leaders, data science experts, and operations, to deliver high-quality solutions. – Stay updated and promote advancements in AI/ML, generative and agentic AI, and cloud technologies. – Mentor, recruit, and develop a global development services team. – Encourage a culture focused on technical excellence and innovation.
