You’ll work independently across diverse industries, providing expert installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while building lasting customer relationships through technical excellence.Job Description What You’ll Do Technical Service & Installation: Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locationsCustomer Consultation: Act as technical consultant providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teamsSystem Optimization & Troubleshooting: Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on-site interventionsDocumentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure all safety protocols are followedTerritory Management: Support multiple customer sites within assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service deliveryQualifications What We’re Looking For Education & Experience: Technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline preferred, a high school diploma or GED is required.2-5 years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical trainingFamiliarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferredA full valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (a learner’s permit or G1/G2 class will not qualify)Key Characteristics: Strong troubleshooting abilities for electrical and mechanical systemsExcellent communication and customer service skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesSafety-minded approach with ability to work in various industrial environmentsPhysical ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform precision workComputer proficiency and mathematical skills for technical analysisWhat Success Looks Like Consistently deliver high-quality technical service that exceeds customer expectationsSuccessfully complete installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting projects on timeBuild strong customer relationships through technical expertise and professional serviceMaintain safety standards and compliance in all industrial environmentsContribute to territory growth through technical excellence and customer satisfactionDemonstrate continuous learning and adaptation to new technologiesAdditional Information Why Veolia?Join a company that values Responsibility, Solidarity, Innovation, Customer Focus, and Respect.
