Title: Agent Success Lead

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $110k – $140k + Bonus

Prestigious Professional Services Firm is seeking an Agent Success Lead to join their team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with business units, technology teams, and leadership to align AI agent development with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases for AI agents and translate them into technical requirements for development by the BTO Team.
  • Ensure AI agents integrate seamlessly with existing systems and processes, delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing guidance on how AI agents can address specific business challenges.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to gather requirements, share knowledge, and build AI fluency across the organization.
  • Support the design, build, and deployment AI agents tailored to the firms workflows, enhancing productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Provide AI Agent platform support
  • Continuously monitor, refine, and improve AI agents based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of AI innovation.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI agents for competitive advantage in client services and internal operations.
  • Evangelize AI success stories and foster a culture of innovation within the firm.

Governance and Compliance

  • Ensure AI agents comply with security, legal, and ethical standards.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for AI agent development and deployment.
  • Track and report on the performance, ROI, and adoption of AI agents to executive leadership.
  • Monitor feedback, prepare stakeholder updates, and ensure all activities adhere to governance standards and frameworks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in building and deploying AI-powered tools or agents.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in professional services or consulting industries.
  • Expertise in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of AI agent design principles, including conversational AI, automation, and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and user-centered design approaches
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks and ethical considerations in AI development
