Requirements
Must have:
– I possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science. – I have over 6 years of relevant experience. – I am highly skilled in SuccessFactors, particularly in Compensation (including Compensation, Variable Pay, Total Rewards, and Compensation Statements) and Employee Central Modules. – I have hands-on experience in configuration and development.
Responsibilities:
- I will drive the development and implementation of technologies for Compensation and Benefits using the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules, ensuring alignment with HR technology objectives in a fast-paced environment. – I will enhance HR efficiency and productivity through the execution of HR systems implementations and support processes, including conducting security and architecture reviews with HR and IT teams for vendor assessments. – I will lead project management initiatives with offshore centers and software vendors to develop systems for Compensation and Benefits, while collaborating with CoHRE and CBS teams to optimize HR processes. – I will maintain and improve system performance and reliability by adhering to standard procedures, global governance, and project documentation, while independently engaging with business teams to understand their requirements. – I will serve as a central coordinator for priorities across my areas of responsibility, collaborating with the India GSSO organization, and staying updated on technological advancements in SAP SuccessFactors through continuous self-learning and research.

I am excited to offer this position based in Piscataway, NJ. Please note that we cannot provide work visa sponsorship for this role. As I work with you, I will share our competitive salary range of $106,400.00 – $150,000.00 USD, which is based on experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to my salary, I may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. I can look forward to a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions, subject to eligibility requirements. Other benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (or 120 hours for hourly employees) and 13 paid holidays, with provisions for paid sick leave adjusted as per local laws.
