Must have:

We expect candidates to have: – A minimum of 2 years of experience in professional software development. – A minimum of 2 years of experience with C/C++, Ada, or a similar object-oriented programming language. – A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing, documenting, and maintaining software system architectures, algorithms, interfaces, and designs. – The ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (Pre-Start), which requires U.S. Citizenship. Preferred qualifications include: – A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. – Experience with Agile/SAFe development practices. – Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitLab (CI/CD), Git Bash, Gradle, Jira, Jenkins, and Artifactory. – Proficiency in programming languages like Ada, C, C++, and Python. – Experience in developing embedded real-time software. – Experience with Real-time Operating Systems (RTOS). – An ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:


In this role, you will: – Develop, document, and maintain software system architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs. – Write and maintain code, integrating software components into a fully operational software system. – Create software verification plans, test procedures, and testing environments, executing these procedures and documenting the results to ensure compliance with software system requirements. – Conduct software research and development projects and document findings. – Serve as a subject matter expert in software domains, addressing system-specific issues, processes, and regulations. – Troubleshoot and resolve software issues while working under general supervision. Please note that this position is expected to be 100% onsite, requiring you to work at our Berkeley, MO location.
