What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

• Open availability for scheduled shifts

• Strong computer navigation skills and a desktop or laptop for testing
