Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support PMO operations, project coordination, and reporting across a multi-project environment. The selected candidate will combine project governance expertise with a strong command of collaboration and reporting tools, helping the PMO ensure project transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Profile Requirement Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface with the PMO, handling communications, documentation, and reporting.
  • Manage and maintain Jira and Confluence environments for project tracking and knowledge sharing.
  • Support project meetings, trainings, and governance sessions.
  • Develop, enhance, and automate Power BI dashboards and reports, providing insights to leadership.
  • Maintain and structure SharePoint repositories and documentation workflows.
  • Contribute to the standardization of PMO processes and the implementation of new tools and templates.

Minimum Technical Requirements;

  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management or PMO support, preferably in IT or digital transformation environments.
  • Proven experience using Jira and Confluence to manage and track project activities.
  • Advanced Power BI skills (reporting, data modeling, dashboard design).
  • Strong understanding of project governance, documentation, and change management processes.
