This position requires strong relationship-building skills, in-depth insurance knowledge, and the ability to identify client needs and deliver expert coverage solutions.Key Responsibilities: πŸ”Ή Account Management & Client ServiceManage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accountsBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsProvide expert coverage advice and solutions tailored to client needsπŸ”Ή Policy Administration & Renewal ManagementOversee policy renewals, ensuring smooth and timely deliveryIdentify gaps in coverage and present proactive solutionsWork closely with carriers and internal teams to secure the best coverage optionsπŸ”Ή Business Development & GrowthDrive growth through account rounding, cross-selling, and upsellingSeek opportunities to expand accounts and generate referralsπŸ”Ή Other Duties as Assigned What You Need to Succeed: βœ” Key Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with high attention to detailProven ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesRelationship-focused mindset with a passion for client satisfactionβœ” Qualifications: 3 years of commercial insurance experienceActive Property & Casualty license (required)Strong underwriting and coverage knowledgeExperience with carrier rating systems and AMS360 (a plus)Important Information: 🚨 IMA participates in E-Verify to confirm employment authorization.
