Schedule: Temp-to-Perm | 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM |About the Role We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mt. Juliet, TN. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering steady hours, great pay, and the chance to grow within a commercial facilities environment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with strong troubleshooting skills, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while keeping building systems operating smoothly.Responsibilities Promote a safe working environment by following all safety proceduresComplete preventive maintenance routines with proper documentationRecord readings and make adjustments to keep equipment running at peak performanceTroubleshoot simple AC/DC electrical circuits and HVAC systemsPerform general repairs on plumbing, locks, doors, furniture, and building systemsInspect and maintain fire extinguishers, life safety, and other building systemsPrepare, prime, and paint building surfaces; perform handyman tasks as neededAssist with tenant service requests, furniture moves, and equipment handlingSupport customer service needs with professionalism and a positive attitudeWork collaboratively with the facilities team to ensure reliable operationsRequirements Minimum 5 years of construction, building maintenance, or related experienceHands-on knowledge of building systems, repair techniques, and toolsBasic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshootingAbility to use and learn computer programs, including CMMS systemsFriendly personality with strong customer service skillsHighly dependable with a strong work ethic and team-oriented attitudePhysically able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, and work with tools safelyComfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)Why Join Us?
