Location: Atlanta, GASalary Range: Competitive and commensurate with experienceIntroduction We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs, with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ implementation, integration, and governance. This role will require a blend of program management expertise and technical understanding to drive delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business, compliance, and cybersecurity goals.Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Cyber Security, specifically in IAM Professional Services.
  • Proven experience in overseeing enterprise-level IAM initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ platforms.
  • Experience in Program Management Governance
  • Experience with integration of IAM solutions with AD, Azure AD, ServiceNow, HR systems, and application directories.
