Maintenance Technician
Our Client, an Automotive company, is looking for a Maintenance Technician for their Warren, MI/Some chance for remote but mostly onsite location.Responsibilities:
- Supporting the equipment that is assembling the battery cells and testing them, environmental changers, manufacturing equipment that is doing the stacking and coding, diagnostic equipment
Requirements:
- Education requirement — High School Diploma
- Years of experience — At least 2 years’ experience
- Good with tools — hands on experience
- Good at turning a wrench
- Computer Skills — very important (Outlook, Excel, IBM tools, SharePoint, Slack/Teams)
- Team-focused and collaborative, with a strong sense of accountability
- Process-oriented and detail-driven, able to follow established procedures consistently
- Steady and dependable, with a highly responsive approach to work in a structured environment
- Proficiency in industrial electrical or battery systems and troubleshooting
- Experience with mechanical systems maintenance (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, standard work)
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, equipment manuals and operate shop equipment
