Server Development Kit Sales Analyst
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12-months with possibility being extendedDescription of position:
- Server Development Kit Sales Analyst responsible for pre-production sales channels encompassing EPYC products (silicon, server reference boards, and test equipment).
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact to customers for pre-production sales process;leverage knowledge of EPYC products to make appropriate recommendations as required
- Work with engineering, product marketing, finance, legal, and logistics teams in a highly collaborative environment
- Track end-to-end sales;produce system quotes, process customer purchase orders in procurement software system;coordinate product shipments and invoice customers
- Meticulously track customer orders to ensure demand an accurate demand forecast is maintained throughout the program lifecycle
- Enable customer ecosystem development programs through on-time and complete product deliveries
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- High attention to detail and good follow-through in a fast-paced environment
- Gather a solid understanding of the server ecosystem to best enable external customers with tools, reference servers, and pre-production silicon
- Ability to function independently with little direct supervision
Education:
- 3+ years’experience in high-tech industry (computing or semiconductor industry preferred)
- Proven knowledge in semiconductor market verticals
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Skilled in MS Office tool suites, Salesforce, Confluence, and MS SharePoint
- Ariba/SAP and Oracle Agile PLM software experience a plus
