Business Analyst
Pay Range: $34–$40/hr
Contract Length: 2 years
Work Schedule: 5 days/week onsite (minimal local travel)
About the Role
Insight Global’s client, a global systems integrator, is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to support cybersecurity initiatives for one of the largest electric utility companies in the U.S. This role is based in West Palm Beach, FL, at a newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility.
As a BA, you will play a critical role in supporting cybersecurity programs focused on data protection, vulnerability management, and application security. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, facilitate meetings, and help integrate AI-driven solutions into the business—all while ensuring alignment with cybersecurity frameworks and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and AI teams to gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Create and deliver presentations using PowerPoint to communicate project updates and findings.
- Support the implementation of cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability management and application security.
- Maintain documentation and track progress across multiple workstreams.
- Occasionally travel to nearby sites as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (not a data or security analyst).
- Experience working on cybersecurity-related projects or within a cybersecurity team.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and concepts such as vulnerability management, application security, and firewalls.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience working with AI tools or supporting AI-related initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
