To perform semi-skilled work in preventive maintenance, and minor repairs such as air conditioning, plumbing, hardware, carpentry, grounds, etc., to various parts of the building and grounds. Also, install erect, assemble, repair, maintain, service, and remove materials involved with general maintenance projects, including the use of small power and hand tools.ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES .MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing
  • A minimum three (3) years of experience in maintenance and repair work in an industrial, institutional, and/or commercial environment.
  • Must have a valid Florida driver’s license within 90 days of employment.
  • Computer skills as required for the position.
