It is full-time (40 hours per week) with State Benefits for a limited time. Although the length of time this position will be active cannot be determined, it has the potential to extend up to 3 years (36 months).
If you have questions concerning the time-limited status of this position, you may inquire at the interview. *This position serves as a Division Grants Administrator responsible for grant funds management and compliance, the completion of financial reports in accordance with federal and state grant guidelines and will process and reconcile monthly financial status reports for payments.Other Key Responsibilities:
Manage the financial and business-related duties associated with the assigned program(s), including budgeting, grant and position funds administration, and fiscal and compliance monitoring.
Work closely with program managers, business officer, and SEO management to develop, administer, and monitor the program(s) budgets, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations and requirements. This includes budget activities such as processing purchases, contracts, vendor payments, and general program financial and budget administration.
Complete financial reports in accordance with grant guidelines. Process and reconcile monthly financial status reports for payments.
