The ideal candidate has a solid technical background, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end project delivery in an agile, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify dependencies, manage risks, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement across teams.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business and technical goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Responsible for Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring, and Closing a number of concurrent engineering projects.

• Drive and ship all aspects of large, cross-functional projects.

• Oversees all aspects of multiple concurrent projects including scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Analyze business requirements, negotiate scope, and define functional requirements.

• Manage communication apprising status and issues to team members, management and other project stakeholders.

• Develop, manage, and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, risk, deliverables, resources and budget.

• Strong project management skills

• Strong communication skills

• Strong understanding of technical concepts

• Able to handle fast paced and ambiguously defined projects with multiple customers and partner

• Strong technical foundation in software engineering.

• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.

• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Mandatory Skills: Project Management .Experience: 5-8 Years .The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
