Title: Programmer Analyst – Top SecretLocation: El Segundo, CASalary Range: $55/HR To $65/HRIntroduction Join our dynamic Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) team as a versatile Mid-level Software Developer. You will be supporting the Evolved Strategic SATCOM program, contributing to the development of a new satellite constellation over the next decade. This role requires a proactive attitude, self-motivation, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance
  • 5 years of software development experience with application integration and system architecture
  • 5 years of experience with .Net technologies, web service technologies, and client-side technologies
  • 3 years of experience with Client SharePoint development, including designer and workflow customizations
  • 3 years of experience writing database queries in SQL Server or Oracle

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Current Security certification or ability to obtain post-start
  • 5 years of experience with Client SharePoint development and administration
  • 3 years of experience with ColdFusion Development
  • 3 years of experience with UI frameworks such as jQuery, Angular, or ReactJS
  • 3 years of experience with HTML and CSS
  • 3 years of experience working in Agile development environments
  • 3 years of experience with configuration management
  • 3 years of experience in software requirements gathering and documentation
  • 3 years of experience using Git workflow

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Design, program, test, implement, document, and maintain computing applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate end-user requirements
  • Write and compile code, construct database objects, and ensure application architecture requirements are met
  • Modify or upgrade applications to maintain functionality, performance, and user experience
  • Identify and resolve programming or application architecture problems
  • Review system performance and recommend improvements
  • Address IT compliance by performing application scans for security requirements
  • Support integration efforts involving COTS and custom in-house software applications
