Our team is responsible for ensuring accurate measurement and validation of hardware components across missile, launcher, and vehicle programs.What You Will Be Doing As the Quality Engineer (CMM Programmer) you will be responsible for driving quality excellence through measurement strategy, inspection development, and root-cause resolution.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Determine optimal measurement techniques and develop work instructions for part and tooling inspections.

  • Perform First Article Inspections, FMEA, gauge R&R studies, and lead corrective and preventive action initiatives.

  • Analyze product defects and process failures, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, CMM operators, tool technicians, and customer representatives to ensure seamless quality integration.

  • Support CMM maintenance contracts, calibration, and the overall Quality Management System.
