Instructional Designer

Adecco is seeking an experienced Instructional Design Consultant to support the development of learner-facing test preparation materials for the TOEFL iBT exam. This is a remote, full-time contract position through April 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $45/hour
Location: RemoteRole Overview: The consultant will work under the direction of the Global Mobility Senior Manager, AI Implementation, collaborating with the TOEFL test prep team to design, revise, and deliver high-quality instructional content that aligns with TOEFL iBT test specifications.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop TOEFL iBT test preparation materials across multiple proficiency levelsReview and revise instructional content to ensure clarity, quality, and alignment with test specificationsCollaborate with subject matter experts, editors, and content developers to maintain consistency and instructional integrityUse generative AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to support and enhance content developmentWork within non-traditional instructional design environments, such as Microsoft Word and platforms like e2Meet project deadlines and quality expectations while adhering to established standardsSupport additional instructional design projects as assignedComply with company policies, including data and information security protocolsRequired Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in instructional design, particularly in education or test preparationExperience using LLMs and generative AI tools for content developmentAbility to revise and enhance draft content for clarity, engagement, and effectivenessStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote settingPreferred Qualifications: Experience with English language learners and/or standardized test preparation (e.g., TOEFL)Familiarity with the TOEFL iBT test structure and contentExperience working within collaborative content development platformsPay Details: $45.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
