Location: On-site in Franklin, TN
Schedule: Part-time fluctuating hours, busy weeks could be 20-30 hours, some weeks will be much less
Work is done during normal business hours (Central Time Zone)
Duration: 3-Month Contract with the possibility to extend
Compensation Range: $32 – $40/hr W2We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Contract Graphic Designer to join a marketing team focused on the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industries. If you thrive on creating compelling digital assets that drive customer engagement, this short-term, part-time role is a great fit.Responsibilities: You will handle the end-to-end design and production of customer-facing marketing assets, including:

• Marketing Emails
• Digital Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google P-Max)
• Landing Pages and Web Pages

Qualifications:

• We need a self-starter with a strong portfolio that demonstrates experience in digital marketing design and these specific Skills:
• 3+ years of professional design experience (excluding school projects).
• 3+ years designing with Adobe Creative Suite.
• 1+ year of experience using Figma.
• Your own laptop equipped with Adobe Suite.
• The hiring process includes an interview followed by a design assessment.
