This role will be pivotal in crafting intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences that align with Vanguards brand standards and mission to empower investors.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and deliver user experience goals

• .Lead client-facing design discussions, presenting concepts, wireframes, and prototypes with clarity and confidence.
• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Ensure all designs comply with Vanguards brand guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design system components.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-centered design solutions.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to improve user experience.
• Partner with IT and project teams throughout development to execution, including informal functional testing of UI.
• Present design solutions to senior management and stakeholders, advocating for UX best practices.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of design processes and tools.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
