Associate / VP Corporate Access – Equity Division

Job Description: International Investment Bank seeks an Associate or VP level of execution coordinator at its Corporate Access team of the equity division.Responsibilities: Execute events and manage logistics for non-deal roadshows, virtual events, conferences, seminars, investors tours Manage itineraries, create and update marketing materials Ability to originate and develop relationships with corporate clients Work across institutional equity sales, research, banking, and investor relations teamsCommunicate closely with the investment banking teams in Japan.Requirements

• Bilingual Japanese capabilities,

• Proven attention to detail 3-5 years relevant experience (financial sector event planning)

• Understanding of the equity landscape; analysts, institutional clients, corporate clients Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, IPreo, iConference, FactSet

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills Solutions oriented approach

• Writing samples and PowerPoint examples will be required

• Should have an interest in obtaining (or currently hold) the Series 7 / 63 licenses
