Job Title: UI/UX Engineer – Agentic AI Quality Platform

Location: Charlotte, NC (11625 N Community House Rd or CIC)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite

Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension)

About the Role

We’re looking for a UI/UX Engineer to join our team focused on building intuitive and engaging interfaces for our Agentic AI Quality Platform. This platform supports AI-driven quality review systems, and your work will directly impact how users interact with intelligent automation tools.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-centric experiences that simplify complex workflows and enhance productivity. This is a contingent resource assignment with strategic responsibilities and broad impact.

Responsibilities

User Interface & Experience Design (60%)

  • Design and develop visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces for agent workflows and quality review platforms.
  • Translate complex requirements into elegant, intuitive design solutions.
  • Apply creative problem-solving to deliver innovative user experiences.

AI & Automation Integration (40%)

  • Partner with AI engineers to integrate intelligent automation into UI workflows.
  • Leverage AI capabilities to streamline tasks and improve review processes.
  • Ensure seamless interaction between users and AI systems.

What You’ll Work On

  • Interfaces that support agent use cases in AI-driven environments.
  • Platforms that enable efficient and accurate quality reviews powered by artificial intelligence.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or equivalent (including consulting, military, education, or training).
  • Proven experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and user-centric thinking.
  • Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and automation workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
