If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have strong experience with Excel and CorePay, this could be a great opportunity for you. Experience with NetSuite is a plus!Responsibilities: Process and enter invoices, purchase orders, and payment transactionsReconcile accounts and assist with month-end closingMaintain accurate financial records and documentationCollaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepanciesProvide administrative support to the accounting team as neededQualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables a plus)Familiarity with CorePay (or similar payroll/AP systems)Experience with NetSuite is preferred but not required1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferredHigh attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesWhat’s in it for you?
