Process Analyst Sr
Process Analyst SrWe’re looking for a skilled Process Analyst Sr to join our team.In this position you will be collaborating with others to support the value chain to ensure optimal cash levels and performance of the forecasting tools. You will also provide immediate support during unscheduled events, such as weather, to ensure continuity in cash flow. This role will also require in-depth analysis of cash trends and outliers to ensure uninterrupted cash availability to our customers.Responsibilities include researching and understanding cash transactions, policies, procedures, and operations for ATMs, Branches, & vaults.Pay: $Shift: M-F: 8 AM – 5 PMLocation: HYBRID – McLean, VAPrimary Duties and Responsibilities: Have an understanding of cash transactions as it relates to ATMs,
Branches, & vaults.Utilize analytical tools and proprietary software, including spreadsheets
& databases to establish and maintain proper cash levels
Identify cash reduction opportunities.Partner with Vault vendors, Branch, and ATM stakeholders to seek
continuous improvements.Provide coaching to maintain optimal cash levels.Produce reports, graphs, and analysis illustrating trends and variances
in cash balances.Identify & implement Vendor / Vault assignments.Maintain optimal cash inventory levels across ATM and Branch/Commercial/SBB
inventories.Analyze and report trends, outages, outliers, and shifts in cash/schedule needs.Analyze accuracy of the forecasting tool and identify adjustments necessary
to maintain optimal forecasts.Analyze footprint to identify updates required due to Branch/Cafe closures.Analyze and identify schedule updates needed due to holidays.Analyze cash usage and determine if schedule changes are needed.Research and resolve Fed buy/sell issues.Provide support with recovery efforts due to unplanned events (i.e. Weather).Provide support and/or take lead on process improvement projects &
updating documentation.Gather and present monthly team metrics and provide reports to
leadership that identifies trends, performance, cash position and
areas of improvement.Manage new vault set up projects.Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification*2 years’ of experience in the following areas:Microsoft Office and Google Suites.Bank, Branch, ATM, or Treasury Mgmt operations including
research and resolutions.Proven analytical skills & proficiency with the use of analytical
tools (i.e. spreadsheets).Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or Military experience
