Process-Project Engineer
Key Responsibilities Safety, Health, and Environmental ComplianceLead safety and environmental initiatives across plant operations.Ensure projects comply with engineering, construction, safety, and environmental codes/regulations.Support Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) action item resolution.Lead investigations into safety- or process-related incidents.Ensure compliance with recognized good engineering practices (RAGAGEP) related to process safety.Support environmental compliance, including reporting, data collection, permitting, and inspections.Project & Process EngineeringPlan, manage, and implement process improvement projects.Support Management of Change (MOC) processes for plant modifications.Specify equipment and materials to maintain plant reliability.Prepare cost estimates and oversee procurement, acceptance, and installation of new equipment.Provide troubleshooting support for operations and maintenance teams to resolve recurring issues.Conduct root cause analysis and evaluate cost-effective process improvements.Maintain safety, process, and technology documentation.Manage small to medium-scale projects from start to finish.Participate in an on-call supervisor rotation to support plant operations outside of regular hours.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred).5-8 years of related experience in a continuous manufacturing environment preferred.Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other Continuous Improvement methodologies is a plus.What You’ll Bring Strong focus on health, safety, and environmental responsibility.Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.Results-oriented mindset with clear, transparent communication.Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive change.Adaptability to evolving technologies and environments.Proactive, innovative, and enthusiastic approach to problem solving.What We Offer We value the contributions of our employees and provide a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:Health & Dental Benefits starting Day 1Wellness and Health Care Spending AccountsAnnual Short-Term Incentive BonusStaff Recognition AwardsTuition Reimbursement for continued educationEmployee & Family Assistance ProgramPaid Time Off and 401(k) with employer matchDisability InsuranceParental leave with financial top-up optionsWhy Join Us?
