You will serve as the strategic backbone of the PS organization—driving operational excellence, fiscal discipline, and scalable growth. You’ll lead planning cycles, capacity modeling, and organizational design while acting as a key liaison across Finance, HR, Resource Management, Field Operations and Compensation. This role blends analytical rigor with cross-functional influence to ensure PS is aligned, resourced, and ready to deliver.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Planning & AnalysisLead annual and quarterly planning cycles, including fiscal year modeling and target pivotsPartner with PS leadership to define and track KPIs, margin targets, and delivery velocitySupport QBRs and executive business reviews with insights, narratives, and performance dashboardsCapacity & Delivery ModelingOwn global capacity forecasting and headcount planning across PS and partner ecosystemsCollaborate with Resource Management and Field Operations to align staffing with demand, backlog, and delivery timelinesDevelop scalable models that align staffing with demand, backlog, and revenue targetsMonitor utilization, delivery mix, and margin impact to inform strategic decisionsOrganizational & Role DesignArchitect org structures and role frameworks that support growth, clarity, and career progressionDefine role-level targets, compensation alignment, and delivery expectationsPartner with HR and PS&T to evolve talent strategy and workforce planningCross-Functional LiaisonTranslate business needs into operational plans and financial modelsAssume the responsibility of inter-departmental liaison to develop plans and ensure all aspects of the business are in sync. These departments include operations, finance, PS, sales, legal and HR.Identify, define and implement operational policies and guidelines for the global organization. Review current processes and make changes within the business to streamline workflows and further leverage existing efficienciesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 8 years in professional services operations, strategic planning, or business managementProven experience in capacity modeling, financial planning, and org designStrong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with fluency in Excel, planning tools, and business intelligence platformsExperience in high-growth tech or SaaS environments preferredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools (e.g., Certinia, Kantata).Experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.Formal training in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.   • The estimated base salary range for this role is $222,000 – $330,700.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
