Measured more on quality

The team works well together and is very collaborative.

Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm – working within core hours but must ensure no mater what time zone they reside they are able to attend morning meetings, etc. Most of team is 8:30 – 5:30 pm CST, etc. There is flexibility

Team & Environment

  • Join a collaborative Agile development team focused on the provider space.

  • The team recently transitioned to AWS and launched all products just one month ago.

  • Work involves both existing projects and new initiatives, particularly around microservices (e.g., Billing APIs).

Candidate Requirements

Required: A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) Preferred: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred

Years of experience required:

  • 4 years of related experience

Disqualifiers:

  • Not meeting the requirements

Additional qualities to look for:

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • This person should be able to work independently while also knowing the team is there for support

  • Ability to be a self-starter – come in and hit the ground running

  • Experience in working as part of an Agile team – Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred

  • API Development

  • Knowledge experience with databases querying / SQL knowledge

  • Experience with the entire development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, etc.) – some experience with DevOps / YKWS
