Front Office Clerk (Junior)
Seeking a Clerical Office Support-Office Clerk to manage the front desk and provide comprehensive administrative support. They will be handling day-to-day office tasks, coordinating various Human Resources functions, and ensuring that all sensitive information is managed with discretion and confidentiality. They must be highly organized and skilled in using office software.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, and address visitor inquiries with discretion.
- Maintain the conference room schedule, checking availability and confirming reservations.
- Set up conference rooms for the next business day.
- Sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, copying, scanning, data entry, and generating reports.
- Work with highly sensitive information, ensuring proper safeguards and confidentiality.
- Type and process correspondence, spreadsheets, and meeting minutes.
- Manage dated information and track deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain an organized and confidential filing system.
- Maintain existing Excel and Access databases.
- Assist with updating records, such as procedure manuals and contact lists.
- Troubleshoot office systems and coordinate IT support as needed.
- Coordinate various Human Resources functions, including scheduling interviews and contacting references.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least three years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, experience in office work (highly desired).
- Must be reliable, responsible, dependable, and able to fulfill all obligations (required).
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel (required).
- Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner (highly desired).
- Ability to read and interpret documents and forms (desired).
- Ability to combine, evaluate, and reason with information to make decisions and solve problems (highly desired).
- Ability to clearly communicate information both verbally and in writing (required).
- Ability to work accurately with names, numbers, and codes to maintain accurate records (required).
