Operating Room Posting Clerk

Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is hiring a Part-time OR Posting Clerk in Same Day Surgery.Work Part-time hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 2 days a week, and additional hours as needed.Provides administrative support and coordination for scheduling, registering, medical records, billing and clerical functions.Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.Associate or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.Certification/Licensure Heartsaver CPRAED Certification – Certification – American Heart Association (AHA)Experience One year of related experience required.Medical Terminology ExperienceEPIC ExperienceMedical Office Experience, great phone etiquette, and computer skills, working with Word and Excel.Keywords: Posting Clerk, Medical Terminology, EPIC.We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$16.92 – $25.38.
