Schedule: Full-time | Overtime as neededAbout the Role: Adecco is hiring a Procurement Specialist to support manufacturing and MRO operations in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for sourcing parts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support production.Key Responsibilities: Issue purchase orders and ensure proper documentationProcure parts for customer units and ensure FAA traceabilityMonitor and expedite orders using ERP systemsCommunicate delivery status to internal teamsIdentify cost-saving opportunities through global sourcingManage inventory levels and supplier portals (SAP)Coordinate claims, warranties, and supplier communicationsMaintain procurement metrics and KPIsResolve material discrepancies and support supply chain operationsWhat We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree + 3 years in supply chain
(or 5+ years experience without a degree)ERP system experience (SAP preferred)Strong problem-solving and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and service orientationAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksWork Environment: 80% stationary, 20% mobilityOffice and production floor settingMust be able to lift up to 25 lbsReady to apply?
