• Be detail oriented
• Engineering office experience (Not Mandatory)
• Light billing
• Key data for payroll and subcontractor invoices
• Create purchase orders
• Maintain job statuses in various systems/databases

Who we are looking for…

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets
• Detail oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
