Your responsibilities will include:Greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional mannerScheduling and managing spa appointments to ensure efficient use of resourcesCoordinating with therapists and other spa staff to deliver a seamless guest experienceMaintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the spa areaHandling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and effectivelyPromoting spa services and products to improve the guest experienceManaging inventory and ordering supplies as neededEnsuring compliance with all health and safety regulationsTo be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate:Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or spa industryOutstanding organizational and multitasking skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesA positive, can-do attitude and a dedication to providing world-class customer serviceAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysKnowledge of spa software and basic computer skillsA high school diploma or equivalent experience; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plusJoin us and be part of a team that is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and achieving ambitious goals.
