If you have strong attention to detail and reporting skills, and are looking for your next career move, apply now.Job Description We are looking for a Special Project Coordinator to perform vehicle owner lookup tasks, ensure accurate customer information updates, and collaborate with various teams to maintain compliance with performance measures. This position is a full-time contract and onsite.What You’ll DoExercise independent judgment while adhering to pre-defined guidelinesAddress, respond to, and resolve registered owner of vehicle (ROV) lookup issues using the Unicenter Service Desk applicationPerform ROV queries through the TLO skip tracing applicationUse TLO to evaluate license plate history and determine necessary Vector updates to customer informationReview and audit daily reports from CCSS to resolve incomplete customer demographicsCollaborate with various departments, including Quality Assurance, Correspondence, Call Center staff, and SunPass Operations ManagementAssist interoperability partners with account creation and registrant lookupsCreate and update reports as requested by Supervisor/ManagementEnter and update Vector with complete and accurate notes and vehicle information based on pre-established guidelinesEnsure compliance with established performance measures while performing job functionsComplete other duties or special projects as assignedWhat You’ll Need Required: 3+ months of experience as an Image Verifier, Customer Care Specialist, or Correspondence AnalystStrong attention to detail and ability to follow pre-defined guidelinesAbility to perform skip tracing and evaluate customer information using TLOExperience in reviewing and auditing reports for accuracy and completenessExcellent collaboration skills to coordinate with multiple departments and personnelAbility to create, update, and manage reports accuratelyEffective communication skills and ability to update systems with detailed and accurate informationAbility to handle tasks independently and meet established performance measuresPhysical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the timeAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorReasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 — 8111.The pay range for this position is listed above.
