By mid-day you’ve traced a 480V circuit, verified lockout/tagout, adjusted a PLC routine on an Allen‑Bradley panel, and documented every step so the team can learn from the fix. That’s a typical day keeping our operation running smoothly.What you’ll handle

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair facility electrical systems across 120/208/240/480 voltages.
  • Perform machine safety inspections and verify compliance with safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
  • Service and fine‑tune servo motors to maintain peak performance.
  • Support automation equipment from Fanuc, Allen‑Bradley, and Siemens.
  • Partner with fellow maintenance pros to boost equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Accurately document work performed, findings, and parts used.
  • Contribute ideas and actions to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring

  • Hands‑on experience as a Maintenance Electrician or closely related role.
  • Depth in industrial electrical systems, including 120/208/240/480V.
  • Background in machine safety inspections and compliance practices.
  • Proficiency with VFDs and PLCs for troubleshooting and repair.
  • Experience working with servo motors and associated control technologies.
  • Comfort operating on Fanuc, Allen‑Bradley, and Siemens platforms.
  • Sharp diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and a problem‑solving mindset.
  • Clear communication and effective teamwork habits.
  • Relevant electrical maintenance certifications or licensure are a plus.
