- Partner with the Creative Producer to manage daily operations and track discussions while capturing key strategic insights.
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure milestone readiness for major campaigns and events.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, deliverable lists, and internal microsites.
- Prepare and support promotional assets for studio and live-action productions.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in broadcast or digital production.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to remain composed and positive under pressure.
- Proven leadership experience in a professional or organizational setting.
- Highly detail-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
