Job Title : Technical Scheduler

Location:- Worcester MA
Duration:- 4 months contract to hire
W2 Only.

Flexible Schedule: Hybrid – 2 days in-office per week. 7.75 hours/day (38.75 hours/week) Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Description:
The minimum profile for a Risk Solutions Technical Assistant Scheduler requires 1-3 years of scheduling or administrative experience, command of MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook), and excellent, professional communication skills to manage schedules and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
The ideal Risk Solutions Technical Assistant Scheduler is a critical thinker who proactively uses advanced MS Excel and Outlook proficiency and superior organizational skills to integrate complex schedules, efficiently communicate with multiple diverse parties, troubleshoot technical compliance issues, and contribute to process improvement recommendations.

Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Provides administrative or technical support at an intermediate level. Incumbents at this level are gaining or have attained full proficiency in their specific area of discipline.
Processing of surveys using underwriting and risk solution tools with an understanding of impacts to business stakeholders (field consultants and field).
Collaboration and scheduling with field consultants, vendor managers and underwriting
Has the ability to extract, aggregate and synthesize data to perform ad hoc analysis for specific tasks or to enhance their work product and support provided to requestor.

Skills and Experience:
Bachelors/Associate degree or related work experience
Proficient use of MS Office and Outlook
Proficient in the various competencies relevant to their job
