Staff Accountant

Job Description We are working with a client in Acworth, GA that has a need for a Staff Accountant. The company is poised for explosive growth and is looking to add to their team. Position details as follows:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business
• 3-5 years of experience
• Logistics or Distribution experience is a plus
• Perform reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Maintain General Ledger
• Manage Accounts Receivables
• Prepare Monthly journal entries
• Conduct account analysis on various accounts
• Create adjustment entries
• Assist in month, quarter, and year end close process
• Process invoices for payment and manage cash application
• Assist with product cost accounting
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Experience with ERP systems is desired
