Salary: $65k – $70k +/- plus incentives – depending on experienceDuties:

  • Prepare financial statements, investor distributions and communications
  • Prepare monthly financial packages and maintain financial activity for portfolio of assets, including bank reconciliations and supporting schedules
  • Research, document and implement positions and policies on accounting pronouncements

Preparation of Initial Draw for New Deal Closings * Assist in special projects as neededQualifications: -BA Accounting degree (CPA preferred)
