Job Description Job Title: Senior AccountantLocation: Flowery Branch GeorgiaSalary Range: 75k-80kOverview: We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to support a dynamic organization with three operational entities—one brokerage division and two asset-side divisions. This role will focus primarily on the asset side, with responsibilities spanning across all entities.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close processes across all three divisions
• Manage and oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
• Perform general ledger maintenance and journal entries
• Handle billing functions, particularly on the asset side
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts for each division
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Assist with internal and external audits as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in multi-entity accounting, preferably in real estate or asset management
• Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting
• Proficient in budgeting and forecasting
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience with relevant accounting software

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate, property management, or asset services
• Knowledge of AP/AR workflows and cash management
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting platforms
