Senior Accountant

Job Description Senior Accountant – Duluth, GAWe are assisting a Manufacturing company located in Duluth, GA in their search for a SENIOR ACCOUNTANT. This is a permanent opportunity with excellent benefits.DUTIES:

• Managing revenue, intercompany transactions, commissions, rebates, and bonuses.

• Focus on closing the books each month and all that that entails (JEs, account reconciliations, analytics, etc.)

• The areas these people will be responsible for accounting for are:

• Reconciling cash

• AR

• prepaids

• other current assets

• fixed assets

• intangibles

• goodwill

• accounts payable

• accrued liabilities

• long term debt, and equity

• Work with the auditors on audit questions and providing documentation and would also assist with various special projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• $70k-$85k (no bonus)
• Bachelor’s Accounting
• 4-8 years exp.
• CPA
• Public accounting highly desired
