ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a customer care representative with Nicco Vella Insurance, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit.   • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Ask questions to uncover customer needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • 2-20 and 2-15 license or willingness to obtain before start date
