The Opportunity
We have been retained to appoint a Senior Vice President of Distribution to lead and scale the company’s U.S. distribution strategy. This executive will be responsible for deepening broker relationships, expanding market reach, and developing innovative distribution channels that bridge traditional brokerage with modern, tech-enabled workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the national distribution strategy across wholesale, retail, and strategic partner networks
- Build and manage a high-performing distribution team focused on revenue growth and broker engagement
- Strengthen relationships with top broker partners across the U.S., ensuring best-in-class service and responsiveness
- Collaborate closely with Underwriting, Product, and Marketing to align distribution feedback with product roadmap and appetite
- Identify and execute new partnership opportunities, including embedded, digital, and affinity distribution models
- Serve as the executive voice of distribution at the leadership table, influencing GTM, pricing, and growth strategy
Candidate Profile

15+ years of experience in commercial insurance distribution within an MGA, carrier, or InsurTech environment

Proven success scaling distribution organizations and delivering growth in competitive markets

Deep relationships across national and regional broker networks

Strategic operator comfortable balancing high-level growth strategy with hands-on execution

Experience in tech-enabled, data-driven, or AI-enhanced distribution models
