Development/Construction Accountant

Job Description Our client, located in Atlanta, is searching for a Development/Construction Accountant to join their growing team!This position will be responsible for all aspects of accounting for a portfolio of multi-family and/ or mixed-use properties. Responsibilities include: month-end close, preparation of monthly financial reports, preparation of monthly construction, renovation and /or replacement reserve draws to lenders, process wire transfers and preparation of year-end audit and tax workpapers.Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 1-4 years construction or development accounting experience
• Experience with property accounting software, Experience with Yardi would be a Big Plus!
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
