Assistant Controller

Job Description Growing company has a need for a hands on Assistant Controller.In this role you will assist with all aspects of accounting including:

• preparing journal entries
• month-end, year-end close
• preparing for the audit
• acquisition integration

Requirements:

• ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• proactive
• BS in Accounting
• CPA is a plus
• Consolidations expereince – highly preferrred
• ability to multi-task
